Cool Ideas Disaster

I app**** for Fibre in my new home on 3rd of October, was told it takes 2 to 3 weeks, but usually less, It is now 1st October and they have not installed Fibre, every day I get a different excuse, I am now considering going to Afrihost. Its like Fawlty Towers over there. I dont think those guys know what they are doing, I told them I am giving them until 1 November, that is a month since my first request, and what have they done, NOTHING< NADA< ZERO. So make up your own mind guys I have had it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
