Cool ideas disappointment

After placing an order on 30 April, I had to call back to ask for progress on ticket. This was Wednesday before the 1 May public holiday. Monday came and I called agter which Coolideas confirm to place the order with Octotel. By Wednesday afternoon I had heard nothing. So I called again. This time I spoke to Nikita, who said she doesn't know why my order hadn't been placed so she would place it immediately. Now a week later, Octotel calls to say they are fully booked and can only install next week. Coolideas are not as cool as they promise. Not one call back, not one suggestion of, let me see what I can do. Seems like they have enough business going around.
