Cool Ideas - Danger, keep away. Nothing cool about them

Over the past few months I have experience extremely poor service from Cool Ideas. Earlier this month, we were without internet connectivity for days on end. When I reported the matter, the agent logged the call as an isolated incident, yet they knew that it was area outage, shocking. No notifications SMSs or emails sent to customers informing them of the outage in order for us to make alternative arrangements regarding working from home. After a few days, service returned, but lasted only a few hours, again, no notifications to customers. Last week, again the service went down, when reported, the agents state that notifications were posted in their website, really, customers are expected to go hunting for service announcements on their website when paying for a "service"? Ridiculous. The agent stated that they had no ETR of whne service would be reinstated and that only "best effort timelines" exist with Vumatel who provides the infrastructure to Cool Ideas, the agent stated that the outage was unplanned yet the manager stated that the Vumatel was carrying out maintenance? Whose lying here? Again why were we not informed? I have issued my cancellation request to Cool Ideas. Steer clear from Cool Ideas, they have no Idea on keeping the service Cool and running.
