Cool Ideas Consultants are really helpful and willing to follow up EVERYDAY

I am having problems with the fiber line for 3 weeks (although it is still not fixed because it is Vumatel CPE unit, I will write another review)

However, after I logged a call with Cool Ideas FSP, I got a call from them immediately.

They follow up with me EVERY day, and telling me they have escalated the issue with Vumatel.

For the past 3 weeks, from email to telephonic conversation and remote control to teach me how to test the Fiber line.

I would like to thank Davd Makhutle, Buhle Simelane for all your assistant. I really hope we can solve this problem soon We have been using Cool Ideas since they started, we never have any issue with them.
