Cool ideas connection

Hi guys I hope the review helps, I had moved into my father inlaw house and app**** for internet at our new residence. We shortly found out that the address had been used for another installation and that we could not place a new order.

Cool ideas helped us to sort out the mistake with vomatell and they managed to get everything sorted. They even went further as to send 2 installation teams to check if everything was ready for our connection. Long story short they really went out of there way to help us get connected, and to make it even better they got hold of me a couple of days later to find out if everything was still okay.

In my eyes that is excellent service and really happy with everything they helped us with, I highly recommend cool ideas
