cool ideas complaint

The service is pathetic, I app**** for uncapped wi-fi on the 5th of May 2020 and till this day it has not been installed. I have contacted them more than 3 times to find out what could be the problem but all they could say is that they need to place a new order. They don't give feedback and just don't care about their customers. I am very disappointed because I thought that by having this service it will make things easier for me and my kids school work that have to be done online during this lock down. I hope that my query will be resolved.
