Cool ideas, Cold service

I have been having intermittent Internet for the past 4 days, have contacted Cool Ideas numerous times, Internet comes back for a few hours then goes off again. No real progress from the Cool ideas support as all they do is escalate the problem to Openserve.....Very little feedback, bad service and considering moving to better service provider.
