Cool Ideas cant provide internet connection application if you don't have internet, Ha Ha
I phoned Cool Ideas asking then to provide me with an internet service, Reply was "you can only do that on line...!" I said but I don't have internet that's why I'm asking you to provide one. Nope cant be done ! Silly logic. They obviously don't need new customers!
