Cool Ideas cant activate me and no urgency to try resolve
I have moved from Supersonic to Cool Ideas (Reason: Relocated) Its been almost a month now and they are still unable to activate my line. I have made countless calls to follow up on the satus and the response is always: We will get back to you. At this point, even before active i have already lost trust in Cool Ideas, and as i use this for business, i can not have trust issues with my SP.
