Cool ideas cancellation procedure useless - *******
I have requested a cancellation (via email) of my cool ideas fibre in January 2022 because I was relocating. Cool ideas have been charging me for the full months until now and have been ignoring my emails and calls. Now they are telling me I owe R900 x 4 months. This is unacceptable. They are *******, do not get cool ideas!!
