Cool Ideas call centre can't help to setup a new customer
The worst i've dealt with. I thought Web Africa had problems until I stumbled on Cool Ideas. Its been a week and i'm still getting the run around between Cool Ideas and Vumatel. No internet. I have to buy data everyday
