Cool Ideas but bad service

I have had slow, poor and no service for months now. You log a ticket an someone gets in touch with you and every consultant runs you throug the same drill getting you to reset the same setting here and there. At the end of the day you sit with the same frustrations and nothing is resolved. I have insisted on a technitian to come out and test the line, but i was ignored on that.
