Cool ideas best ISP of 2018?

Cool ideas got rated the best ISP of 2018 but when they experience issues that affect all their customers, they don't send out any communication? I don't understand, at least let your customers know that there are issues so we can sit and be patient instead of resetting our router 100 times.

I have enjoyed your service so far but seriously, at least let us know when something is down on your side so that we can expect the worst.
