Cool Ideas - Bad support, worse connection.
Signed up with Cool Ideas about a year ago.
There have been intermittent disconnects to certain servers non stop since joining.
At first it was 5-10 seconds. Now I'm being disconnected for 5-10minutes till Cool Ideas comes back online.
Since I emailed almost an hour ago and am still waiting on support to get back to me so figured I'd let everyone know how ****ty their service is, from their actual internet speed, right down to support.
