COOL IDEAS - BAD Service Provider - no service at all
I moved home and Cool Ideas checked and said there coverage would be 20/20MBPS at new home I did all the right moves and installed my rooter I have had bad signal and when I contact Cool Ideas I just get ticket numbers mailed to me Then i send a mail and decided to cancel my fibre - and got a snotty mail back that I would be charged an extra R1000 I have had to purchase 3G to work from home for the last 3 weeks! It is costing a fortune! THIS IS BAD SERVICE!!!! - No one actually gives a damn!!!!! I do not reccomend this company as a service provider - keep away !!!!!!!!

09 Jul 2020, 09:33This morning i tried to speak to a living person instead of a ticket mail. Betrus Bracken said that Leroy Joyce doesn't not take in coming calls? Who runs a service business and does not talk to clients? And did not get to speak to any one in charge!!! Still dont have internet connectivity and having to pay extra!!!!!!
