Cool Ideas bad service
Very unhappy currently I have made two payments is R429 with a further R400 of airtime 12 days of stress and I'm still not connected I really not sure when I will be helped I'm considering to have Cool Ideas release my line. This is unacceptable Cool Ideas your customer service is Bad I have also chatted to Dirk, but with no joy can anyone please get back to me @Coolideas_ZA
