Cool Ideas bad service

I went offline Tuesday morning the 30th of April, logged a call with full details of all troubleshooting done. They asked me again to do troubleshooting coming to the same conclusion that the NTU config or unit itself is the problem, got a call just before they closed saying it will be attended to the next day and has been escalated, same thing on Wednesday, and again on Thursday and now on Friday past half the day gone it seems we going to end up on the same excuse just before close, Asking for updates getting nothing but they are talking to Openserve, problem seems there was additional orders loaded onto my account for line transfers which caused the line to be disabled, how hard is it to reverse those false orders to just get me back online, ask to speak to management and they just say no one is available or not allowed to escalate because your call is being attended too. Poor service with staff that do not seem to be able to sort out a basic config problem for days now. Not sure I would recommend them for a service provider, I switched from Afrihost a month and a half ago and now sit with this problem, seems you get what you pay for......
