COOL IDEAS BAD CONNECTIVITY.

Hi. I live in Cape Town and have been a client of Coolideas isp for over a year. We have consistantly had very bad download speeds, especially over peak times. Cool ideas have sent a technician out to come and assess our setup and said that they find nothing wrong with it. They pointed fingers at Octotel. We have had Octotel (the network harware people) out to investigate who said nothing is wrong with the installation and pointed fingers at Cool ideas. We have called in regularly to the call centre and complained. We have sent emails to Mdu Nxumalo (we were told that he is a call centre floor manager), as requested, for many days with screenshots of the speed tests and bad download connectivity to NO avail. We have even logged onto their website and sent a email requesting someone higher up in Cool ideas to contact us in a hope of sorting this out. NOT SUCH A GOOD IDEA to have signed up with them! I still have all the emails and speed test results to peruse.
