Cool Ideas - Atrocious

Every Week I am sitting with out service for between 12 & 36 hours. When calling their call centre I am always caller #2 but stay on hold from anywhere between 15 & 25 minutes. Never a straight answer and never a callback, I cancelled my LTE service with Telkom ayear ago because of constant issues but I have gone straight from the frying pan into the fire by joining Cool Ideas. The fact that they were voted best ISP 2018 only shows the low level of service we as South Africans are given.
