Cool Ideas are the worst ISP ever

They captured my address incorrectly twice and when I followed up with them each time they told me that Cool Ideas contacted Vumatel and my installation will be scheduled shortly. Almost 3 months later I called Vumatel directly and was told that the order was reflecting as cancelled. Don't understand why Cool Ideas would provide me with false information for such a long period where they could've just told me to seek an alternate ISP.
