Cool Ideas are pathetic

I have been with Cool Ideas from August 2018 and at that time they were rated the best but now they are the worst service providers. I have been having issues with the internet service from December 2018 and on number occasions requested for credits with no response from them. They want customers to pay up front and don’t provide them with proper service. I pay for a 100mb line but don’t even get half and when I request for a credit, they make excuses and they even added that we must read their term and conditions. As a customer, I want them to refund me. I don’t recommend this company to anyone. At least Telkom credited their customers when their line speeds were as per agreement. If you are considering a service provider, don’t use them at all. They dont keep to their promises and are inefficient.
