The only thing I can really give this company credit for is that they respond to the endless stream of support tickets I have a to log for all the problems. Unfortunately they add very little value and do not have any understanding of what an ISP should be doing. I have.endless outages on my Openserve fibre and instead of putting pressure on Openserve to sort out the reoccurring network issues they deem it sufficient to act as a post office simply passing messages from myself to Openserve and back. My recommendation, look somewhere else for an ISP. Cool ideas add zero value.
