Stay away. 100Mbs Service ordered 11 November and still nothing. End December they did a pro-rata debit order for the last few days and then debited again in January for a full month, still no service or installation. They now have over R3000 of my money for doing absolutely nothing. Only response if you get one is a default reply. Vumatel confirms with me that NO order has been placed for my property so they clearly doing a cash grab. Have just now app**** with another ISP and Vumatel reports my address is available to apply
