Cool Ideas and Vumatel - what a pair!

So my saga with Cool Ideas and Vumatel continues! I’ve been down since Monday 7th March 2022! Today, Tuesday 15th March 2022 Vumatel repaired my line but I still do not have the internet because now they are blaming each other! The client, me, is caught in the middle of this ridiculous situation with nobody to turn to - but come month end THEY WILL DEMAND THEIR PAYMENT!!!!
