Cool Ideas and Vumatel are far worse than Telkom

At the end of Janaury 2019 we placed an order with Cool Ideas for FTTH and paid the required amount of R1725.00 to get the Vumatel unit installed. After many calls Vuma eventually installed their equipment 2 weeks ago. However it's still not working. Vuma says it was incorrectly patched and undertook to fix it. Today is the 19th March and it's still not working. When I call Cool Ideas, they tell me to call Vuma. When I call Vuma they say that they know about the problem but can't give me a date when it will be fixed. They undertook to call me with an update yesterday but this did not happen. The service from both Cool Ideas and Vumatel is pathetic and I am about to cancel the whole service and stick with Telkom ADSL.
