Cool Ideas and their Indaba'z
So I've decided to go with cool ideas due to their support rating however from day 1 I've had atleast 6 issues. Unfortunately due to time constraints and the unavailability of their contact center, Im unable to either contact them or get any feedback. I have neighbors who's on Vuma Fibre with different providers and they have had no issues but with cool ideas, the service is always down. And on top of that, the payment date moves every month. The first month it's was the 10th, then the next was 7th and for this month it was the 5th. Now I don't have any internet connection for the past 2 days and I can't get ahold of anyone to help me. This is utter nonsense.
