Cool Ideas and Maboneng Fibre are JOKES!

If you think Telkom has bad service, countless problems with service from their company. I have no idea how they are number 1 ISP rated. I honestly think Home Affairs is better run. No replies to emails takes forever to answer calls and even had a agent hang up on me. Latest issue with them is my account got cancelled not by me and they can't figure out who even though it's paid and says it's all active on their portal. So either they are lying or have no idea what's going on. Rather stick to Telkom or any other ISP
