COOL IDEAS AFFECTING MY JOB (MY INCOME)

Ive been logging calls for the last 3 days for intermittent disconnections, they claim they have escalated but i never get feedback from them. Im working from home and it becomes a pain get disconnected and having to login to more than 15 password encrypted apps. More than this pain its embarrassing to be on a conference call with your CIO and your connection goes down. this is affect my job of which i cant afford to lose because someone at Cool Ideas is not doing their Job. please take this urgently, as if i suffer loss of income, trust me i will take this further.
