Cool Ideas Account department stole my money
Very poor service when it comes to Accounts. After cancellation and their confirmation that last day of service is 30 Sep, they still charged my account with full month payment on Oct 1st. I have been sending them several emails to recover my funds with no response. Extremely disappointed with them *****ing my money.
