No internet connectivity for 4 days and counting. Very poor service from the call centre. No one can escalate or solve the issue. Merely say that maintenance is taking place in the area by others and will be resolved by a time on a day. That day and time passes and the fault remains. Well understand that faults occur or that maintenance may be needed from time to time but the manner in which their customers are fobbed off when they have already extracted a monthly fee for a service they do not deliver is a cause of concern. I could not recommend Cool Ideas. They need to solve issues far quicker and get out of a maintenance regime with more agility.
