COOL IDEAS

We logged a call on FRIDAY 2ndDec. After countless phone calls and being put on hold for a ludicrously long time, then calls were dropped constantly. When one finally managed to speak to anyone the staff sounded COMPLETELY inexperienced and rude!!! We were given times to be at called by a technician to talk us through the problem..... they never called so we had to call back AGAIN only to hold on for so long we put the phone down and called back ourselves!!!!!~it is now Thursday 8th Dec my patience has now run out. I called to make a complaint to the most senior person only to have the phone put down on me again. I am now writing this review hopefully to get some response and to let people know what a unprofessional company COOLIDEAS is!!!!!!!! I explained on my first call that i run a guest house with people working from home and that it was URGENT, They sent Vodacom technicians who said it was a line issue, we purchased a new line but still could not get connected!!!! we have made countless calls today but still have had no luck!!!!! FRUSTRATING, TERRIBLE COMPANY TO DEAL WITH!!!!!!
