A year of intermittent service. Then they “accidentally” deactivated my internet service on Wednesday, it’s been four days to try to get it reinstated, with no luck. No one prepared to work overtime to assist me. Huge impact on my business as I work from home. Even after I informed them of the consequences. I can’t wait to change to providers as Cool Ideas is the worst ISP I’ve dealt with over the years. Avoid avoid avoid.
