Dealing with cool ideas is close to being one of the worst customer experiences. Trying to call their customer service is like trying to get hold of the pope. Once you have them on the line its close to impossible hearing them as their phone line quality is poor just like their internet service. The internet has been down for almost a week with complaints lodged a few days ago there is still no action.
