#COOL-*** constant connection issues, no resolution after 3 months
I signed up with Cool Ideas on the 7th of July. Since then I've logged about 10 tickets reporting the same intermittent connection and outages. I have constant, random dropouts and extended outages. All that ever happens is that it gets escalated. I have now had no connection for over 2 hours again. You guessed it. It's being escalated
