Constant internet interruptions, downtime, no communication!

I have been a customer on their uncapped 50/50 from 2017. Since Nov 2021 till now (10 April 2022) there has been constant internet interruptions, downtime without warning. Working from home and having global clients I cannot afford to have calls drop and no internet for hours at a time. No one calls or emails to communicate estimated time for reconnection. When you call in the week it’s a million things you need to do and check. It’s a huge waste of time which affect my work. Yesterday the internet went down for hours on end, no communication I tried calling and their and a automated recorded message says “offices are open weekdays I’m working hours.” This this shocking that I cannot contact anyone!! Vumatel and Cool ideas this is terrible! Get you after sales service up to scratch and communicate better when there are network issues so we can plan our days.

Significant interruptions impact my ability to earn a living! I’m looking for other providers enough is enough!
