Constant downtime and no support

I'm with cool ideas for two years now. It was mostly good, but since the beginning of this year I'm being plagued by repetitive downtimes. Like one hour online, then an hour offline.

I'm tired of your incompetence, especially because your support isn't up to standard either. You charge me for a service you don't provide and you hide behind a **** slow customer service setup.

Will move my services soon if this doesn't improve. You guys aren't the only ones providing FTTH
