Cool Ideas - how do you justify a 14.8% increase when CPI was 3.7% in October? Justifying this ridiculous increase by comparing the speeds you provide against your competitors doesn't cut it. This was already the reality , so what changed?! You draw customers in through lower prices and then they become fair game for your ********* practices. Shame on you!
