Connection Is Always Down

Once again, my internet is down, and once again I am being told "we'll log a ticket with Vumatel". The *** service that I have received from Cool Ideas has been appalling at best. At least once a month we have to go through the process of my internet being down(then me calling them asking them to reconfigure). But they don't listen, they send a technician anyway who then tells them that everything is fine here and the system needs to be configured. EVERY SINGLE TIME!! I used to be with Neotel and i thought their service was bad, you guys are the gold standard.
