CONNECTION ALWAYS DOWN AND BAD SERVICE
Since September 2020 Every evening at around 6/7pm my internet stops working, i have logged multiple tickets about and it still hasn't been resolved, they will reboot the line and the next day the same issue will happen. I will be canceling my service with this mickey mouse operation. Early this evening and i spoke to a lady who said she would phone me back but no call received and when i called back i got a message that i must send an email and someone will contact me in the morning, so this means i will have no connection till tomorrow morning, what a wow.
