Compliment to Cool ideas for their Speedy service
Thank you to Cool ideas for being so prompt and reliable in sorting out my fibre connection. After a horrible experience with a previous ISP , Cool ideas managed to reconnect me in no time and kept me updated through out the process.
The agents are friendly and know what they are doing and don't give you the run around. Just my personal experience .
