I needed to take the time out to compliment Cool Ideas and particularly their employee Hudson Maetja from their techinal support team.

In an industry where I am pretty sure they get alot of negative comments as people can get very frustrated with faulty connectivity, Hudson was absolutely amazing. He took the time out to guide me through a process to identify what the exact issue could be and in that process taught me alot about troubleshooting issues.
