Companies should only hire passionate employees

I rarely leave reviews unless it’s a bad one but today, I feel truly compelled to share my positive experience. After being sent from pillar to post by a certain lady even promised to call which she never did, to be honest I was about to send an email and cancel the subscription, I was fortunate to be assisted by a gentleman named Kabo on my second attempt after having to recharge again. He came to my rescue and handled everything with such professionalism and care. Kabo delivered what I can only describe as the epitome of excellent customer service. He did his job with passion, efficiency, and a genuine willingness to help. If I could give him infinity stars, I would!
