Changeover to Cool ideas
Cancelled my previous ISP on 30 June and only got connected with cool ideas on 8 July. The delay was super frustrating but cool ideas answered all my concerns timeously along the way. So far so good and hope it stays that way. I never want to go through an ISP changeover ever again. It is such a pain.
