Change the rules.. now you pay for installation
After reading rave reviews and fibre opening up in our area, we decided to go with Cool Ideas. They offered free installation. Then we received a mail asking us to pay R1700 odd for installation? We cancelled immediately and they have now not responded to mails asking for an immediate refund. Disappointing.

we have never covered the installation fee of R1700 odd which we assume is on the Vumatel network, if you could provide us with confirmation of this commitment we will be happy to review it, further to this we are not picking up any of your details on our system
