cannot connect to companys VPN,cool ideas shifting blame
I have been will cool ideas since last year, working from home,last week after vumatel made changes to the network,I could suddenly not connect to my companies VPN. when I finally got assistance - they passed the buck to my company, I can connect via My cellphone mobile hotspot and a 3g router, just not with the cool ideas connection and they still insisting that its my company's error!!!! please get qualified,experienced people to sort this out ASAP,your 'experts' dont even know what TMG is!! and they supposed to be IT people

we are sorry to hear of this frustration
upon investigating we see that this there is a limitation on the backend that we have raised with the fibre line provider, wehn you logged it this issue we did not see anything obvious but once it was escalated to senior staff members (the same day) it was escalated accordingly and we had the team attending to it.
we understand the importance of being able to work from home during this time and that any interruptions are not welcome however we did take the necessary action the same day to ensure this recieved the attention it deserves.
please remember that all FNO (Fibre Network Operators) offer a best effort service, and we always do what we can to ensure we have the issues resolved soonest. for any future issues kindly email complaints @ cool ideas . co . za and a manager will be in touch
