Cancellation Nightmare

Have had a nightmare trying to cancel with Cool Ideas. Line was supposed to have been cancelled 31 Dec and I can't even re-apply with a new ISP because they still haven't cancelled the line with Vumatel.

I still was connected with them until the 3rd of January, even after multiple phone calls and excuses about duplicates on their system. Then on the 4th of January they cut off my connection without warning or notification at a very inconvenient time as I rely on the Internet for work. Since they did this on a Saturday, their department that deals with connections was closed and no support staff could help me until Monday. The line still hasn't been cancelled with Vumatel, they keep giving me a different answer every time I call in and the latest is that it will be cancelled tomorrow.

In the meantime, I'm currently sitting with no Internet and the response from their *********** call centre and managers is that even though I should have been migrated on the 31st, currently don't have Internet, and now can't even move over to another ISP - it's my problem because I should have planned better to make other Internet arrangements!?!

Most useless company I have dealt with.
