This company's inconsistent delivery of service is *********. It's pathetic that we have reached a point where a company can bill out a service and then not provide it. I have never had a single full week of consistently receiving the bandwidth that I pay for. Majority of the time I'm lucky to receive half of tge bandwidth. Twice I have upgraded to a larger bandwidth, yet the issue remains. If sold a customer a product and then delivered only half of it I would end up in court. Do yourself a favour and explore other options, Cool Ideas is not an ethical company, and you will not receive what you pay for. I have run countless speed tests through numerous third party test sites over two years, so I'm not just making unfounded accusations here.
