I purchased a prepaid voucher on the cool ideas portal but unfortunately could not load the voucher due to issues on Vuma Reach side. I was assisted by Selina Mathibela, all I can say is wow, what a dedicated employee of cool ideas. She assisted and informed me almost daily with constant feedback via mail and phone. I had to cancel the voucher in the end as vuma could not resolve the issue, even the refund process was a breeze. Keep up the good work Selina Mathibela and Cool Ideas.
