Brilliant and professional service!

I had my fibre services cancelled by my previous ISP one month in advance as per request. In this time I contacted Cool Ideas and signed up with them and advised I would like my new activation date to be 01/05/21 (today). They responded promptly and professionally to all my emails, requesting a few details which I provided them with.

This morning at 2pm my old ISP services was cancelled. I called Cool Ideas around 10am and spoke to a very helpful person in the activations department named Amy. She advised she could see my line was open for activation and that it would be activated as soon as possible but could not give me a definite ETA. An hour later my new service was activated and up and running. I am also very happy with the speed tests I ran. This was all done on a Saturday morning - this excellent level of service is almost unheard of in this country. So far I am extremely impressed with Cool Ideas!
