Tried to take advantage of their Black Friday deal and after paying for delivery of new router as well as submitting Rica documentation, pictures and information on my ONT device, "Oh sorry your line needs to be released by tonight else we cannot action the special". Meanwhile this is a standard 30 day process, meaning this was complete false advertising for their clause on anyone migrating from an ISP. The gotcha is this is EXPLICITLY in their advert. For those who want to migrate from an existing ISP on Vuma.
